The Ford Mustang FP800S is the closest thing to a factory-built 800-horsepower Mustang GT that doesn't wear a Shelby badge. It isn't a separate model: FP800S - short for Ford Performance 800 Supercharged - is a complete upgrade package sold through the Ford Racing catalog and the Ford Custom Garage program. First shown as a concept at the 2023 SEMA Show, it went on sale in July 2026 for 2024-2026 Mustang GT models.
FP800S engine and performance specs
The heart of the package is a Gen 6 3.0-liter Whipple supercharger developed with Ford Racing Parts engineering. On the 5.0-liter Coyote V8, it delivers 810 horsepower at 7,500 rpm and 615 lb-ft of torque at 4,800 rpm on cars with the Active Valve Performance Exhaust - 800 hp without it. That's roughly 330 hp and 200 lb-ft more than a stock Mustang GT.
